Are seats reserved?
All seats are general admission on a first come, first serve basis.
Will everyone receive a message?
There are two sections to the gallery. First, messages are given to the audience from the other side randomly. Marisa has no control over who these messages come to. Those who did not receive messages from the other side will have opportunity to ask an intuitive question. In galleries over 20 guests, questions will be limited to the amount of time left.
Are children allowed?
We suggest everyone being 18 or older. Anyone under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult. As a parent, it is at your discretion whether or not your child accompanies you to the gallery. Please realize that this is an emotional event.
Can I video/audio tape the gallery?
Use of any form of electromagnetic equipment is prohibited at the event.
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No, however you will be able to print out a confirmation of payment which you will then bring with you to admission.
I registered for an event and I can’t make it. What do I do?
All sales are final. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled. However, we do give ticket credit for a future gallery of your choice. Please call us early if you need to come to another event, because we cannot guarantee you a seat if the event is sold out.
