February 2010 Inspirational Message From Marisa Liza Pell
Greetings!
Have you been feeling like you really want to RELAX? If so, that’s a great way to feel, because you will FINALLY have some moments to do so. If you have encountered the lightening speeds in January, you know how fast paced the last month has been (and how tough it was to KEEP UP with it)!
Don’t get too spoiled though
This first week of February will slow down for you enough to balance yourself and then you’ll be off to the races again starting on February 14th. Pat attention to your speeds on the roadways and make sure you are not too distracted!
Take this first week to be kind to yourself. You will be feeling a very nice energy moving through you right now — take a bubble bath, heat up some tea, read your favorite magazine and kick up your heels (with slippers and your chocolate BON BONS of course).
If you are like me, you don’t like to sit still, or better yet you feel a little guilty for taking some time to yourself. I enjoy being productive (sometimes to a fault), but it’s best right now to go with the flow and unwind. Balance is necessary to your overall health especially in the upcoming weeks of movement. Don’t push yourself too hard, or find things to do just to “busy” yourself. It’s really important right now to meet your essential requirements: sleep, alone time, and good meals — and of course I would suggest some good gossip magazines for the ladies! I always get a laugh with those. Enjoy the energy this week — be in the moment.
