Welcome To The Connection Beyond Blog!
Hello Everyone!
I was prompted to jump on the BLOG wagon by my lovely web programmers at Media Components. I was never a big “blog” person, but I now see that it’s a great way to communicate the workings of the somewhat racing mind! As you all know, I have more than one person inside my mind at a time
I would like to start by posting my Monthly Inspirational Messages from my e-mail newsletter on the blog so people visiting the site can also read them. If you haven’t yet subscribed to the e-newsletter, you can do so by going to the home page of the site and typing your e-mail in to the box. I normally send out one newsletter a month, and I don’t share my list with anyone, so you are safe!
In the newsletter, you will find all sorts of great discounts, special event notifications, new announcements, and job postings with us.
I will be brief until I get a sense of how the blog world works. I love new additions, especially anything to do with technology.
Speaking of new gadgets, I just purchased the iPhone. I was trying to decide between the Blackberry or the iPhone for a while, and made a decision to get the iPhone. Let me just say that I am in LOVE with it. Features like visual voicemail and enhanced web browsing have me ecstatic. I am very impressed. The only downside was that I had to switch carriers and didn’t have the best experience doing that.
I have to say that paying the ETF’s was worth it. I could now check e-mail, voice mail, and have access to the web from the road. Since I do a lot of travelling, I really needed something like this. And apple doesn’t skimp on the cool graphics and touch screen images.
Tonight’s gallery at Necessities Day Spa was a blast! It was a very small group, and everyone was open and receptive. I would like to extend a special thank you to many of my veterans who were there. You make my work so enjoyable and I appreciate all of you! Veterans are guests who keep coming back to galleries. I love seeing them and their smiling faces. They are so open and receptive to participating, and it helps the new people to see that it’s ok to raise their hands and be interactive.
More on receptiveness at galleries coming soon!
