I do not know how I started going to Marisa’s events, but I have attended quite a few with astonishingly amazing results.

One particular gallery was in Princeton in 2008. My aunt recently passed away. She had a lot of secrets which became known after her death. My aunt, of course, was the first one to come through. She was very aggressive and wanted what she wanted! Marisa first asked me, “who is Tony”? I said Tony was my father.

She then said a woman figure was there with a Mike. I replied that it was probably my father’s sister and his cousin Mike. She said Mike was very happy to see me and also described how he passed. She told me that he was struck and killed by a train and that it was an accident. That was indeed what happened.

He worked on railroads and was working on one at the time which everyone thought was shutdown. Apparently, someone made a huge mistake and he was hit by a train.

Marisa then asked me who Diane was. I responded that it was my sister. Marisa explained that my aunt was not happy with her. My aunt secretly had $400,000 stashed away without anyone knowing — except my sister Diane.

Diane told the whole family of my aunt’s money. Marisa expressed that my aunt was very unhappy about this and that the money was not important to her. My aunt communicated that she can not rest in peace until everyone stops saying all these bad things about her.

Also my aunt was a piano teacher and left her piano to my sister. Marisa said that my aunt was not happy about how the movers scuffed up her piano and took some of her sheet music, which I later validated by calling my sister. She told me that the piano had a lot of scratches on it and some music was missing!

Marisa also said that my aunt loved the red flowers that my son asked me to buy and give to my parents to place on her grave. This still gives me the chills! Since the first reading my aunt has come through again. The next time she complained about what my sister did with her drapes from her apartment. My sister did remake the drapes into something else, and my aunt was NOT happy about it!

Marisa relayed how my aunt died. She said that she had difficulty breathing, but a very peaceful passing. This was true.  She had lung cancer and was not in much pain when she passed. I just gave a few tidbits of my experiences, I could go on and on… as I am a huge fans of Marisa and the Connection Beyond staff.

She is always right on the money! You would not be dissapointed when you go to her galleries, just be prepared for someone to come through, they most always do!

I just had to take a moment to email you.  I was in the gallery on Saturday night at Split Rock with my brother Bernie and my sister Margie.   I have to say that I had been to a medium once before in Salem, Mass and all I can say about my experience on Saturday night is Wow!

I believe I have always been open about such things and was so happy that my Mom came through.  

During the Q & A period when I asked you about my job, I really was astonished.   You said that my job is fine and if I got another job, I would still take me with me.  You said I had a lot going on in my mind and I believe you said “I need to get out of my head.”   Boy I do.  Anyway everything you said about me personally was dead on (guess that may be a poor choice of words).   I am uncomfortable but making my way toward it.

I just wanted to say that I am amazed by the gift you have been given and I am sure I will be making an appointment in the not too distant future to come to the office.   BTW love the CD.  It is great and very meditative for me.

As you all know, I have many sessions a week to connect to those who have passed. Since I have been doing this for a while, it takes a lot to send me over the edge.

Today I met with a client who has been to me previously due to his son’s passing of a drug overdose. I am always a bit reluctant with returning clients, because I know that the same person may not come through each time. I don’t want their grief to be worse if the spirit isn’t the one they would like to connect with.

I always love working with those who have ties to other countries.  It’s always interesting to channel messages with relatives who don’t have American names. It definitely makes me very excited, because names that come through aren’t the usual Joe’s and Tom’s.  Don’t get me wrong — if a client sits down and I get the name Tom and it’s the person’s father who passed, that’s amazing. However, it doesn’t shock me to pick up on American names in a session.

My client is Greek. Since his son already came through twice, I told him I wasn’t sure what would happen in this session. I knew going into the office today that if his son did come through, it may only be for a short time due to the fact that he crossed over after the last session. I had a feeling a few of his other relatives needed to talk to him. I didn’t know how he would handle that. But I have a soft heart for him, and I knew whatever happened he’d be happy with.

As we started the session, he assured me that whatever happened he was ok with. Sure enough, his father who passed a year ago came through with a lot of information about his family and health. He didn’t have the best relationship with his dad, so the connection needed to happen both for his healing and for the spirit of his father to cross over. I felt as though they were bickering during our session! It was pretty amusing to watch my client look over my shoulder and tell his dad to talk about other things!

During the session, his father mentioned two Greek names which happened to be my client’s mother in law who just moved in with them as well as her brother — all things that happened within a week’s time. The next name threw me for a loop because it was a very common American name, so I doubted myself and almost didn’t say it.

I thought for sure he wouldn’t know what I was talking about. But instead, I knew better and said, “Who’s BOB?” I even felt funny telling a Greek guy, ‘BOB’. That just didn’t even make sense. But his eyes widened and said, “BOB! Oh yes, that’s what I call my dog!” A Greek man naming his dog Bob! I couldn’t believe it.  In addition to the name Bob, information came about coughing.  Apparently, his dog Bob is having coughing spells! That just goes to show me I need to keep my analytical mind out of things and just pass the message along that the spirit is trying to tell me.

Ok, so you’re probably wondering — if this message is so simple why is she telling me all this other stuff? I have no idea myself. I just start writing and then all these other stories come out!

So anyway…my client’s father steps aside and his son comes through next. He relays a few messages and then stops. The next image in my mind was a hat, and I got the feeling that it was his son’s hat. It was one image. I didn’t know what to make of it. So I said to the father, “He’s mentioning one of his hats. Do you have a hat of his?”

Here’s where I was shocked. My client starts to well up with tears, and goes into his coat pocket and pulls out his son’s winter hat that was scrunched in his side pocket. He told me that he forgot that he had it until I mentioned it, and brought it to show me. He then placed it on the table and we both just sat there in silence. It was an amazing and moving moment.

Dear Marisa,

My friend and I attended the event at Slackwood Firehouse tonight and I was totally blown away and still am!! This was my second time seeing you but it was such a powerful experience that I can not go to sleep right now.  I hope you don’t mind me writing to you.  

I know you don’t remember too much after your readings, but I am still excited that my grandmother helped my friend’s son Rick came through, along with my sister-in-law’s mom Mary Jane and sister Donna.  My grandmother was a solid role model for me and anyone she cared for, so I was glad she was with all of them and guiding them.

When you said the initials MAR, it didn’t dawn on me it could have been for Mary Jane.  All of these people have come to me in so many dreams over the years and strange things going on in my house, so this just validates things for me.  And the fact that my grandmother validated her birthday the week of Christmas (the 28th) was comforting to know she was with me.

My daughter dreamed of my grandmother the other night and told me in detail what she told her- my grandmom was mad at me because she was trying to tell me where to go but I wasn’t listening to her. It all makes sense that my grandmom (or Oma as I called her - she was German) would be upset with me about my health and about her good china in my closet.  She loved her china. She was my rock and I miss her dearly.  

But, I know she has never left me and after tonight, realize she watches over my daughter, too.  In fact, when I was about 5 months pregnant she and my other grandmom came to me in a dream the night before I was going in to have an amniocentesis done.  The were both holding a bed of flowers and on it was my daughter as an infant, looking like she did at 5 months old.  They said “Here is your daughter” and I remember waking up, feeling like they were in my room. My dad’s father has also come to me many times in my dreams and in fact told me that my other grandfather was going to die the night before his death.

When I woke up, I saw the spirit of my grandfather at the edge of my bed smiling and then he disappeared.  

So, when I got home tonight, so many of the names and signs you were talking about made more sense than when you were reading me.  The Daniel and Michael you spoke of didn’t click until I came home - they are the nephews of my sister-in-law Karen, and the “V” name could have been my nephew Vincent (all grandsons to Mary Jane).  

It just didn’t click at the time. It was their way of trying to come through.   AS soon as you started to describe how they died and then you had to stop, I felt myself unable to catch my breath for a minute and like something was touching the back of my head, was this my grandmom?  Also, the Ron and Susan you mentioned also hit me when I got home - they are my friends who are married to one another, and Susan has had irritable bowel syndrome as long as I can remember.  

So with that all said, thank you for tonight and I plan on attending more sessions.
